Developing A New Way To Reach You

I can only physically be in one place at a time, which is too bad some days. I want to reach all of you more often than my traveling to book signings or other events allows. This blog and my newsletter have been wonderful and I plan to continue them My Digital Media Manager and I are considering expanding the use of my YouTube Channel by developing a "show" that will allow me to share more things with you in a more personal way.
The working title is Brown Baggin' with Joe and would be released every two weeks at lunchtime (MST). I would certainly discuss my novels and writing life, but I would like to expand our relationship by sharing parts of my life you may have only seen through the short stories/memoirs I've put on my website. I've had a wonderful life and want to share what people have told me makes it uniquely mine.
As an example of what I mean back in the '80s or '90s, I would tell a story or share something that happened to me at break time at work or over dinner out on a “business” trip during my time in the U.S. Air Force. Typically, one response would be like this: "Joe, have you written that down somewhere? You should." Well, until 2019, I had not.
I also have several friends I would love to bring to this show to share their life stories and what they are doing now. I would likely play a tune or two for each show. The programming won't be long and drawn out, so it could be something people watch at lunch. If possible, I am considering starting before Thanksgiving.
I would love to hear from you regarding this idea. So tell me if:
